The HR Business Partner builds the relationship with the internal clients and gets trust of the internal client to the proposed solutions. The trust is one of the key elements of the working relationship in the organization. The internal client will not automatically accept every solution provided by the HR Business Partner immediately and the trust building is not about meeting every wish of the internal client. The internal client will be very glad for every potential feedback and the solution that is future oriented.

The successful cooperation during the changes in the department is a very key for the successful cooperation in the future.
